Complete the quest of the DeepFatFriars. At its conclusion, they will teach Liver of Steel to you. (Unless you are on a Teetotaller or Oxygenarian Ascension path, in which case you will receive StomachOfSteel or SpleenOfSteel, respectively.)

Liver of Steel allows you to reach a drunkenness of 20 before you become falling-down drunk, rather than 15.

Liver of Steel cannot be kept as a permanent skill when Ascending.
